Eddie Booker
Eddie Booker (* 5 November 1917 in Texas , USA , as Hilton Edward Booker , † 26. January 1975 ) was an American boxer in the middleweight division .
Booker was a normal boom and was 1.75 m tall. He fought a total of 79 fights, of which he made 66 victorious and lost 5; 8 ended in a draw.
Black Dynamite (as Booker's battle name) was trained exclusively by John Burdick , who was also its manager from the start. Frank Schuler managed it from 1941 .
Booker was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame in 2017 for the Old Timers category . However, he was never able to fight for a world championship title.
