Ederson , full name Ederson Honorato Campos (born January 13, 1986 in Parapuã , São Paulo ) is a former Brazilian football player .
Career
The attacking midfielder started playing football at RS Futebol . Since 2003 he played there in the first team. At the beginning of the 2004 season, the offensive player moved to EC Juventude .
At Juventude , Ederson quickly rose to become a pillar of the team. Clubs from Europe soon became aware of the Brazilian. During the winter break of the 2004/05 season - in Brazil the season had just ended - OGC Nice initially loaned the midfielder. At the beginning of the 2005/06 season Ederson was then firmly committed.
Until the end of the 2011/12 season Ederson was under contract with Olympique Lyon , who signed him in July 2008 for 15.2 million euros.
After his contract with Olympique Lyon expired , he moved to Lazio Rome in July 2012 and signed a 5-year contract. His first season with Lazio is marked by numerous injuries which caused him to be out for a total of 5 months and only made 14 appearances with one goal.
In the summer of 2015 he moved back to Brazil and has since played with Flamengo Rio de Janeiro . He ended his active career in June 2018.
