Eduard Meyer (born October 24, 1874 in Lützelstein ; † after 1918) was a notary and member of the second chamber of the Landtag of the Reichsland Alsace-Lorraine .

Eduard Meyer, who was a Protestant denomination, attended grammar school and studied law . He worked as an imperial notary in Lützelstein.

In the first (and only) election to the state parliament, he ran as an independent liberal candidate in the Buchsweiler-Lützelstein constituency. In the first ballot, 4,596 votes were cast in the constituency of the 6,742 eligible voters. Meyer received 2,073 votes, the independent candidate G. Wolf 2,035, the independent candidate Moritz 1,003 and the Social Democrat Waldhart 340 votes. In the second ballot, Meyer prevailed with 3,375 votes against Wolf with 2,404 votes. Eduard Meyer belonged to the state parliament until 1918 and joined the parliamentary group of the Alsatian Progressive Party in the state parliament .
