Eduard Wassiljewitsch Frisch
Eduard Wilhelm fresh as well as Eduard Vasilyevich fresh ( Russian Эдуард Васильевич Фриш , born 14 jul. / 26. January 1833 greg. In Riga , † 18 . Jul / 31 March 1907 . Greg in Saint Petersburg ) was a Baltic German Lawyer and politician. Frisch worked as chairman of the Council of State (German also Reichsrat ) in the Russian Empire from 1906 to 1907.
He began his career in the state apparatus in 1853 and was employed as a public prosecutor in the Astrakhan governorate in 1857 .
