Vladimir Yarmolenko

Vladimir Jarmolenko (born May 15, 1948 in Astrakhan ) is a Lithuanian politician.

Life

After graduating from high school in Kaunas in 1966 , he completed his diploma in biophysics at the Kauno medicinos institutas (KMI) in 1972 . From 1971 he worked in the Lithuanian branch of the Soviet Research Institute for Butter and Cheese Industry as a technician, engineer, physicist and research assistant . From 1977 to 1980 he graduated from the Postgraduate Institute of Biophysics Pusczin. From 1983 he worked as a laboratory manager and from 1986 taught in the chair for biological and bio-organic chemistry at the KMI. From 1992 to 2000 he was a member of the Seimas .

He has been a member of Tėvynės Sąjunga since 1993 .

In 1999 he worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania , from 2006 as a charge d'affaires in Romania .
