Edward Teller Award

The Edward Teller Award of the American Nuclear Society is presented every two years for outstanding achievements in the use of lasers and particle beams to generate high temperatures and densities, particularly for fusion research. It is named after Edward Teller . The award is endowed with 2000 US dollars. It was previously awarded at the Laser Interaction and Related Plasma Phenomena (LIRPP) conference .
