Eero Ilmari Rautiola (born November 16, 1921 in Kemi ) is a former Finnish cross-country skier .

Rautiola, who started for the Karihaaran Karu, took part in the 1948 Winter Olympics in St. Moritz . He achieved 12th place over 18 km. In the same year he became Finnish champion over 15 km. In 1950 he ran at the Lahti Ski Games in fourth place over 50 km.
