Efraín Amézcua (born August 3, 1907 in León , † after 1930) was a Mexican football player .

The midfielder Amézcua played at least from 1929 to 1930 for CF Atlante in the Primera División . He was a member of the Mexican national soccer team and took part with it in the first soccer world championship in 1930 . There he was used in the games against France and Chile, both of which were lost. He didn't score a goal.
