Efraín Ruiz
Efraín Ruiz (* in Acambaro, Guanajuato ) was a Mexican football player who was usually used in attack and was proven to play for CF Asturias in the Primera Fuerza at least between 1936 and 1939 . During his active time at Club Asturias Ruíz was at least once champion (1939) and twice cup winner (1937 and 1939). In the 1937/38 season between these successes, Ruíz was the top scorer in the capital league with 13 goals .
His only international appearance for the Mexican national team was on September 25, 1937 in a friendly against the USA. Ruiz contributed two hits to Mexico's 5-1 win.
