The former administration wing and the distribution warehouse are part of the former Leopold Schoeller fine cloth factory in Düren in North Rhine-Westphalia , Valencienner Strasse . The factory and all buildings were built around 1895.

The building can be seen on Valencienner Straße as a representative, two-story, 32-axis red brick building . He has yellow brick inlays. The risalit-like central part has two flanking ornamental gables . There are arched windows on the ground floor and arched windows on the upper floor. Inside there are cap ceilings with cast iron pillars.

The building is registered under No. 1 / 066a in the list of monuments of the city of Düren.
