Former wool warehouse and laundry

The former wool warehouse and laundry is part of the former fine cloth factory Leopold Schoeller in Düren in North Rhine-Westphalia , Valencienner Strasse . The factory and all buildings were built around 1895.

It is a two-story, elongated production building at the rear of the shed hall. See former production halls, former spinning and weaving halls .

The brick building has 23 window axes and a gable roof . The facade has a pilaster structure . There are segment-arched window openings on the ground floor and round-arched window openings on the upper floor. Inside there is a cap ceiling on cast iron pillars.

The building is registered under No. 1 / 066d in the list of monuments of the city of Düren.
