Silver Commander's Cross

The honor for services to the province of Lower Austria is after the ring of honor of Lower Austria , the most significant honor that currently the province of Lower Austria will be given. The Lower Austrian provincial government is responsible for awarding the honorary mark, and the governor on behalf of the provincial government must issue a certificate for the award . The state governor (usually) is responsible for handing over the respective badge of honor during a ceremony. The basis for the award of the honorary mark is the "Provincial Law on the Honorary Mark for Services to the Federal State of Lower Austria" from 1974, LGBl. 0520-0.
