The property is a three-storey eaves house made of brick in three axes with a flat gable roof . The house dates from the turn of the century and is divided horizontally by lintel and sill cornices . There is a decorative frieze under the wide eaves . The clinker cladding house is interrupted by decorative ribbons at regular intervals.
