The residential and office building Eickener Road 193 is in the district Eicken in Mönchengladbach ( Nordrhein-Westfalen ).
The house was built in 1897. It was entered in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach under No. E 016 on September 13, 1988 .

House no. 193 and the following buildings no. 185, 187–189, 191 and 195 form a closed group of historic residential buildings , which continues into the "Eickener Höhe".
The three-storey house with a high jamb and a gently sloping gable roof was built in 1897. Stucco facade richly decorated in historical forms facing the street . The uniformly tall rectangular windows of the house, which is clad with ocher-colored clinker bricks, are vertically covered and accentuated by differently designed frames.
