Eickener Straße 309-313 is a school with two residential buildings and is in the district Eicken in Mönchengladbach ( Nordrhein-Westfalen ).

The properties on Eickener Straße were built in 1898 and expanded in the 1930s. It is a school building , flanked by two former teachers' houses.
school
The schoolhouse is a nine-axis, two-storey building under a gable roof with access in the central projection , which is emphasized by a triangular gable with an attachment.
Residential houses
The houses are three-axis, eaves , former teachers' houses with risalits under triangular gables with attachments. Both buildings are mirror-symmetrical to the school building.
