Aptitude selection process

Aptitude selection process (also recruitment and selection process , EAV for short ) refers to the selection process at the Federal Police , State Police , Customs and the Federal Criminal Police Office prior to employment in the prison service . As part of this process, applicants undergo various tests, such as a general knowledge test and a sports test, but also an assessment center and an examination of suitability for police service are almost always included. The exact test procedures and requirements vary greatly between the individual authorities.
