Eiji Ueda ( Japanese 上 田 栄 治 , Ueda Eiji ; born December 22, 1953 in Tateyama ) is a former Japanese football player and coach.
Career
Ueda played for Aoyama Gakuin University in her youth . He started his career at Fujita Industries (today: Shonan Bellmare). He played there from 1976 to 1982 and was later coach of that team from 1999. From 2000 to 2002 Ueda coached the Macau national football team . From 2003 to 2004 Ueda coached the Japan women's national soccer team . From 2004 to 2006 Ueda coached the Shonan Bellmare .
