Inclusion title
With the inclusion title , the employment agencies are allocated funds from the active labor market policy for independent management. The integration title includes the following funds:
- continuing Professional Education
- earlier also for job creation measures
- Placement support services
- Promotion of participation in transfer measures
- Integration grants
- Benefits to employers and agencies to promote vocational training with the exception of benefits for severely disabled trainees and the training bonus
- Services to promote disadvantaged trainees
- general benefits for the professional integration of disabled people
The incorporation title was expanded in this sense with the introduction of the Third Book of the Social Code in 1998. The aim is to better adapt the means of active labor market policy to different regional problem situations through decentralization .
