Deployment theory

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The deployment apprenticeship (EL) is a subject in training at authorities and organizations with security tasks (BOS). In particular in the training of the police and fire brigade , operational training is one of the main subjects of training.

In the literature, deployment theory is described as the teaching of the planned, targeted, legally permissible, tactically and psychologically correct deployment and management of forces.

In the field of deployment, all previous knowledge and experience are conveyed in a structured manner in order to transfer them to as many cases as possible while observing what is legally permissible.

Civil servants who are trained for management tasks are also taught the subject together with the management apprenticeship (abbreviation FL).
