Elgin Justen

Elgin Justen is a German bowling athlete.

Career

Elgin Justen turned to bowling early on. In 2003 she became three times world champion. She won the title in the singles, in the women's pair and in the team. At the European Championship in 2005 she won both singles and mixed pairs. At the World Games 2008 she won gold in singles and in mixed pairs.

On May 8, 2008 she was awarded the Silver Laurel Leaf by the then Federal Minister of the Interior, Wolfgang Schäuble , on behalf of Federal President Horst Köhler .
