Elisabeth Manhal (born May 27, 1977 in Linz ) is an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ) and lawyer. She has been a member of the Upper Austrian State Parliament since 2009 .

Manhal attended elementary school 14 in Linz from 1983 to 1987 and then graduated from the BG and BRG Khevenhüllerstraße, which she completed in 1995 with the Matura. Manhal studied law from 1995 to 1999 and, after completing her doctoral studies, which she pursued from 1999 to 2000, did her PhD as Mag. . Manhal was an assistant at the Institute for Administrative Law and Administrative Doctrine at the University of Linz from 1999 to 2000 and has been in the service of the Upper Austrian Provincial Service since 2001. She works as a lawyer in the governor's office. Since January 2004 she has been the deputy office manager.

Manhal was chairwoman of the Young People's Party in Linz from 1997 to 2000 and has been chairwoman of the ÖVP Auberg / Pöstlingberg since 2002. Since 2008 she has also been the deputy chairman of the ÖABB Linz. Manhal was a local councilor in Linz from 1997 to 2009 and was the club chairwoman between January and October 2009. She has been a member of the state parliament since October 23, 2009.

Manhal is the deputy chairman of the Children's World Upper Austria and the deputy chairman of the Hof cultural center. She is also a board member of the Help for Children and Parents Association. Manhal is married and lives in Linz.
