Ella Lachmann
Ella Lachmann ( 1870 in Hamburg - after 1902) was a German opera singer ( soprano ).
Life
Lachmann began her stage career in Detmold in 1890 , came to the Stadttheater am Brausenwerth in Elberfeld in 1891 , to Königsberg in 1892 , to Nuremberg in 1893 , then worked for three years in Magdeburg , in Cologne in 1898 and again at the Stadttheater in Königsberg from 1899 to 1902, where she was "Page" debuted in Huguenots .
She was a popular opera soubrette and coloratura singer, whose performances were characterized by freshness and liveliness. The regiment daughter , " Rose Friquet ", "Anna" in Hans Heiling , "Gabriel" in night camp , "Leonore" in Stradella , "Ännchen" in Freischütz were among her successful performances.
She left the stage in order to continue working as a concert singer, in which field she had already achieved notable successes.
Her life after 1902 is unknown.
