Elza Gulbe (born June 13, 1993 in Tukums ) is a Latvian rower .

Elza Gulbe started rowing in 2009. In 2010, she finished fifth in the One at the Junior World Championships . At the 2010 Youth Olympic Games , she reached fourth place. In 2011 she received the bronze medal at the 2011 Junior World Championships .

In 2012 she finished fifth at the U23 World Championships , and at the European Championships she finished eighth. The following year, Gulbe received the bronze medal at the U23 World Championships and finished twelfth at the world championships with no age limit. In 2014 and 2015 she finished fifth at the U23 World Championships. Her greatest success to date was the silver medal behind the Austrian Magdalena Lobnig at the 2016 European Championships in Brandenburg an der Havel .
