Ophelia's love affair with Howard is not a lucky star, because, due to a disgusting experience in her childhood in which she observed a man who urinated on her sister during a sexual act , she cannot orgasm and therefore has little desire to do so feels sleeping with her lover. She seeks out a psychiatrist who sends her to a pleasure palace for radical therapy , where it is discovered that Ophelia has a negative relationship to sexual acts because of her experience, as she feels controlled by men. After the degenerate hustle and bustle there does not achieve a breakthrough with Ophelia, it is decided that she should be confronted with her innermost fears. A roommate is placed at her side, with whom she is visited one evening by the lord of the castle and his companions and is forced to have sex through dominance. In the meantime, she enjoys it, but since she feels bad afterwards, her roommate persuades her to take revenge on the lord of the castle. The lord of the castle is then tied to his bed by the two of them and while Ophelia, secretly and happily observed by the psychiatrist and her colleague, is enjoying urinating on the sleeper, she screams "I'm alive!"
