During the Franconian War , the Swabian Federation's punitive expedition also stood in front of Berolzheim Castle . Jörg von Embs on Berolzheim was one of the helpers of the robber baron Hans Thomas von Absberg . Although the destruction of the castle is shown on the woodcut, the conflict was actually ended at short notice through previous negotiations, so that the castle was not burned down.

coat of arms

The coat of arms shows the head of a billy goat in silver with golden horns on a red background. The helmet ornament repeats the motif of the billy goat head. The helmet covers are red and silver.
