Emil Klingelhöller

Emil Klingelhöller (born August 1, 1886 in Langerfeld ; † June 27, 1973 ) was a German police officer, politician and member of the state parliament of the Communist Party of Germany .

Life and work

After attending elementary school and the administration academy, he worked in the police service, most recently as a criminal adviser in Berlin until 1933. In 1928 he led the investigation into the murder of Helmut Daube . After the Second World War he was head of the driver's service at the Ennepe-Ruhr district . Klingelhöller was a union member from 1918 to 1933.

From March 8, 1948 to June 17, 1950 he was a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia . He moved up into Parliament on his party's reserve list. From 1946 to 1952 Klingelhöller was a member of the city ​​council of Schwelm .
