Emil Maier-Dorn

Emil Maier-Dorn (born September 26, 1908 ; † October 1, 1986 ) was a German writer, Reichsschulungswalter of the National Socialist Federation of German Technology (NSBDT) and politician of the right-wing extremist German Reich Party (DRP) and later the NPD .

Life

Dorn joined the National Socialist movement from 1933, where he was active in education and training. During this time he wrote poetry and essays on various topics. His main work was the Reichsautobahn . He texted u. a. for the photographer Erna Lendvai-Dircksen .

As a Reichsschulungswalter of the National Socialist Federation of German Technology, he taught National Socialist ideology at the Reichsschule der Deutschen Technik , which had been set up on the Plassenburg near Kulmbach .

After the Second World War he joined the German Reich Party . With Adolf von Thadden he founded the NPD . For many years he was a member of the party executive and was deputy state chairman of Bavaria. He wrote for various right-wing publishers. His publication Notes on Sebastian Haffner had a large circulation .

In the Soviet occupation zone , the Reichsautobahn Berlin-Leipzig-Halle-Nuremberg-Munich (1938), race as a formative force in history (1938) and Bismarck, the founder of the Second Reich (1939) were placed on the list of literature to be segregated.
