Emil Roth , (born August 20, 1867 in Reutlingen , † September 28, 1939 there ) was a Württemberg entrepreneur and politician.

family

Emil Roth was the son of the Reutlingen factory owner Hermann Adolf Friedrich Roth (1837–1922) and Maria Luisa geb. Aickerlin (1847–1931), he had three siblings. In 1893 he married Eleonora Kornelia Julia Haberfelder (1870–1961), they had two children.

Life and work

He took over the Reutlingen furniture and shoe fabric weaving mill from his father and ran the company.

politics

Roth was a member of the Reutlingen City Council. From 1920 to 1932 he was a member of the Württemberg state parliament . He was a member of the DDP .
