Emiliano Castro , full name Emiliano Castro García , (born October 4, 1990 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

At the beginning of his career in Apertura 2012, the 1.75 meter tall midfielder Castro was part of the squad of the then Uruguayan first division club Central Español and played nine games (no goal) in the Primera División . In February 2013, he left the club as part of a loan to the second division club Atlético Rentistas , with whom he rose at the end of the season. He did not stay with the promoted team, but returned to the lending club Central Español, which had now been relegated to the Segunda División . In the second division season 2013/14 he played in 29 league games and scored two goals. In July 2014 he then moved to Mexico for Altamira FC (Cafetaleros de Tapachula). He was there ten times (one goal) in the Ascenso MX and four times (no goal) in the Copa México . In the first week of January 2015 he joined the Ecuadorian club Macará and scored four goals in Primera B. Since the end of June 2016, he has been in the ranks of the Uruguayan club Villa Española . In the first division season in 2016, he completed seven league matches (no goal). After relegation at the end of the season, he has been used in eleven league games (no goal) in the second-highest Uruguayan division in the current second division season 2017 (as of August 27, 2017).
