Emotional Freedom Techniques

Emotional Freedom Techniques (German technique (s) der Emotionalen Freiheit ) is the name of a therapeutic concept from the field of " energetic psychology " and represents a method for the relief and treatment of stress and mental disorders by stimulating acupressure points (Tsubos).
