End user declaration

The end-use declaration (EVE, end-use document, customer declaration) or end-user certificate (EUC) is a document to be signed by the recipient of the goods, in which the use of the goods for a specific purpose and, if applicable, the recipient country is documented.

End-use declarations are used in various areas, including: a.

Economic goods that can only be passed on to a recipient with a declaration of end-use are therefore subject to legal control. With the help of the end-use declaration, the purpose-oriented use of the asset is primarily to be ensured. As part of export controls , the export of goods to certain countries is also controlled or even prohibited (in the case of embargoes ).
