Endymion (2005)

Endymion is a Dutch hardcore techno act that was founded in 1997 and consists of Bart Revier, Bas Lint and Jelle Neys.

Career

The group got their first contract with Cardiac, a label from Patrick van Kerckhoven . There were also some publications on the Supreme Intelligence label .

Endymion work a lot with other hardcore techno DJs and formations, such as Evil Activities , Neophyte , Nosferatu and The Viper . They are also regularly represented at major events such as Masters of Hardcore , Qlimax , Dominator, Decibel Outdoor Festival, Mystery Land , Defqon.1 or Project Hardcore.

Endymion have been with Enzyme X , which belongs to Enzyme Records, since 2001 .

In January 2013, Endymion switched to Neophyte Records , where they also released their EP Make Some Noise . The change was most likely due to the "change" in their musical style. This is described by many as a mixture of dubstep and hardcore techno .

Endymion have been running their own label "Nightbreed Records" since 2015.

Naming

Endymion means: "the soft one". Endymion is the king of Elis in Greek mythology .
