Energie Sport FC
The Energy Sports FC is a football club from Cotonou , Benin . He plays his home games at the Stade Saint-Louis .
The club played in the Benin Premier League for several years in the late 1990s . Thanks to the local energy sponsor, the club was able to build up a powerful team and won the Benin Cup in 1997. It was to remain the only title. In the meantime, the club had to relegate to the Benin Second Division, but is currently back in the first division. So far the club has qualified twice for the CAF Cup. While they clearly failed in the first round of the game in 1998, they decided not to participate a year later after the draw.
