Enova Facilities Management Services is a joint venture between Veolia ( France ) and Majid Al Futtaim ( United Arab Emirates ) founded in 2002 . The company, which employs over 2,000 people, has specialized in integrated energy and multi-technical services in energy and building management. They are intended to help customers achieve their “financial, operational and environmental goals”.
Until mid-2015, the company operated under its original name MAF Dalkia . The renaming took place as part of an ambitious growth plan, which also included the opening of a branch in Egypt .

In the iTunes Store Enova Facilities Management Services offers a mobile app for iOS on devices. There is also an Android version on Google Play . Both entries also show that in marketing communications the company is referred to as Enova by Veolia , but the actual legal name is Enova Facilities Management LLC .
