The resolution ResAP (2003) 2 on tattoos and permanent make-up (translated: "ResAP (2003) 2 resolution on tattoos and permanent make-up") for tattoo inks for tattoos and permanent make-up was adopted by the Council of Europe on June 19, 2003 adopted.
