Episkopi ( Greek Επισκοπή ) is a village in the middle of a protected area on the island of Cyprus .
Episkopi is located in the west of the island not far from the Episkopi-Bamboula site and is approx. 12 km east of the port city of Paphos . The "Meteor", a rock on which a church from the 12th century is located, forms the center of the village. The mostly dried up river Ezousa runs below the place. A little above the village is an information center about the nature of the area, at the same time the starting point of a circular route lasting 2.5 to 3 hours.
