The epitaph for Ottilia von Horkheim is located in the Dreifaltigkeitskirche in Haunsheim , a community in the district of Dillingen an der Donau in the Bavarian administrative district of Swabia .

The epitaph for Ottilia von Horkheim († May 9, 1568), b. von Harbach, consists of a plate with rich sculptural fittings and four angel sputte heads in the corners. The upper title block contains the verse from the Bible from Psalm 71 . In the middle you can see the Horkheim-Harbach alliance coat of arms. Four ancestral coats of arms are shown above and below. The limestone epitaph with a height of 1.60 m and a width of 0.74 m bears the signature "H * S" for Hans Schaller , the sculptor from Ulm , under the inscription text .
