The natural gas Südsachsen GmbH was the regional gas suppliers in South Saxony . The company, headquartered in Chemnitz, supplied around 150,000 private, commercial and industrial customers and eight municipal utilities with natural gas . There were eight operating points. In the summer of 2010, the merger with Stadtwerke Chemnitz to form Eins Energie in Sachsen GmbH & Co. KG took place.
