Architecture and history

The Ackerbürgerhof once served as the home of the master baker Friedrich Lehmann. Its half-timbered buildings from the 18th and 19th centuries go back to an older farm bourgeoisie. In 1884, the descendants of Lehmann, who worked as farmers, built the four-sided courtyard that is preserved today, incorporating older buildings. A large two-story house was built on the street side. The plastered building has a cornice structure designed in the style of late classicism . There is also a profiled sill .

Members of the Lehmann family lived in the property until the beginning of the 21st century. The master builder Ernst Lehmann lived in the house until 2001 . Today (as of 2015) it is used as a multi-generation house.
