Erginos (potters)
Erginos ( ancient Greek Ἐργῖνος ) was a Greek potter who lived between 430 and 400 BC. Was active in Athens . He made two bowls painted by Aristophanes in Berlin , Antikensammlung F 2531 and in the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston 00.344, on which both have signed. It can be assumed that he worked closely with Aristophanes and also made most of the other vessels painted with him.
