The group currently has six production locations, four in Poland and two in Germany.

history

The company was founded in 1998 and continuously expanded and modernized in the years that followed. The roots of the location in Wąbrzeźno go back to the 1920s, when the production of hats and later also impregnated coats and rubber items began. In the 1950s, the processing of polyvinyl chloride and the production of flexible PVC films for the construction industry as well as for office and paper applications began. In 1975 a production line for the production of vinyl wallpaper was inaugurated. The national investment fund "Victoria" took over the company in 1994, after privatization had already started in 1992. ERGIS SA was founded in 1998 after Tadeusz Nowicki took over the chairmanship of ZTS Erg-Wąbrzeźno SA and carried out various restructurings. In the following years there were some important acquisitions to expand production such as B. 2007 the two German locations MKF-Folien in Berlin and Schimanski in Gallin. A year earlier, in 2006, the company made its debut on the stock exchange.
