Erhard Bungeroth
Erhard Bungeroth (born August 20, 1939 in Berlin-Lichterfelde ) is a German lawyer. From 1988 to 2004 he was a judge at the Federal Court of Justice .
biography
Bungeroth finished his legal training in 1967, worked as a research assistant at the University of Heidelberg until 1969 and joined the judicial service of the state of Baden-Württemberg in 1969 . As early as 1970 he was seconded to the Federal Ministry of Justice , where he worked in various functions until his appointment as federal judge, most recently as Ministerialrat and head of the Constitutional Law and State Organization Department .
During the entire duration of his membership in the Federal Court of Justice , Bungeroth was a member of the XI. Civil Senate , its Deputy Chairman since 2003.
Bungeroth retired on August 31, 2004.
