Erjon Plaka (born April 1, 1984 ) is an Albanian road cyclist.
Erjon Plaka finished second in the Tour of Albania in 2007 in the second section. At the Albanian championship, he finished second in the individual time trial behind Paljon Zarka . He won the bronze medal in the time trial of the Balkan Championships in Korça . In the 2008 season Plaka was again national runner-up in the individual time trial behind Paljon Zarka.
