Paljon Zarka (born April 17, 1984 in Fier ) is an Albanian road cyclist .

Paljon Zarka was Albanian champion in the elite class individual time trial in 2002. In the 2005 season he won four stages in the Tour of Albania and was able to win the overall standings. At the Balkan Championships in Kazanlak , Bulgaria , he won the silver medal in the individual time trial of the U23 class. A year later he was able to win this competition in Novi Pazar . He also won two parts and the overall ranking of the Tour of Albania. In 2007 he also won three stages there and the overall ranking. At the Albanian championship in 2007, Zarka was successful in the individual time trial and the road race. At the Balkan Championships he won the gold medal in the time trial. In 2008 he defended both national championship titles and he won the fourth stage of the Tour of Albania. The next year he was successful there at the prologue.
