Ernesto Marcel
Ernesto Marcel (* 23. May 1948 in Panama City , Panama ) is a former Panamanian boxer in the featherweight .
professional
On April 14, 1966, he successfully made his professional debut. In August 1972 he became world champion of the WBA when he defeated the Venezuelan Antonio Gómez over 15 rounds by majority decision. He defended this title a total of four times and resigned as world champion in 1972.
