Ernia

Ernia (* 1993 in Milan as Matteo Professione ), also known as Er Nyah , is an Italian rapper .

Career

In 2011 the young rapper founded the collective Troupe d'Elite together with Ghali , Maite and producer Fawzi . This received a record deal with the label Tanta Roba from Guè Pequeno and DJ Harsh and made its debut there in 2012 with a self-titled EP . Since it was not successful, the collective left the label and released the album Il mio giorno preferito in 2014 as a free download. After that the members went their separate ways; while Ghali already began his solo career, Professione paused at first.

At the end of 2016, the rapper, now finally as Ernia , returned with the online EP No Hooks . His first solo album Come uccidere un usignolo was released in 2017 on the major label Universal and reached the top five of the album charts. The 67 edition of the album also included collabs with Mecna and Guè Pequeno. The second album, entitled 68, followed in September 2018 and was able to reach the top of the charts straight away. It also includes a duet with Tedua .
