Ernst Budde

Ernst Budde (born May 19, 1890 in Kleinenbernberg , Gummersbach district , †  January 18, 1959 ) was a German politician ( CDU ). From 1947 to 1959 he was a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia .

Life

After elementary school, Budde graduated from preparand, a lower level of the teacher training college, and an agricultural school. Afterwards he worked as a farmer and as an agricultural trader. From 1920 to 1928 he was a member of the German National People's Party , for which he was a member of the Waldbröl district assembly from 1924 to 1927. From 1928 to 1933 he was a member and on the board of the Christian National Rural People's Party . From 1920 to 1933 and from 1946 he was a community representative in the Denklingen community council.

Budde joined the CDU in 1946, for which he was a member of the district council of the Oberbergischer Kreis in 1946 and its parliamentary group chairman. Also from 1946 he was a member of the federal committee of the CDU. Budde was elected to the state parliament directly in constituency 025 Oberbergischer Kreis-Süd in the election for the First State Parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia, to which he belonged for a total of four terms. He was a member of the state parliament from April 20, 1947 until his death on January 18, 1959.
