Ernst Grünwald

Ernst Grünwald (* 1956 in Munich ) is a German sculptor.

Grünwald completed an apprenticeship as a bronze caster between 1976 and 1979. From 1979 to 1986 he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich and was a master student in Erich Koch's class . The main focus of his work are bronze sculptures. He also works in wood, stone and plaster and works as a draftsman. He lives in Ammerland on Lake Starnberg.
