Arousal regression disorder

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Repolarization disorders (ERBS; Engl .: disturbance of repolarization) are in electrocardiograms detectable (ECG) changes in the repolarization of the cardiac muscle cells . There are changes in the end lines, i. H. the T-wave in the sense of flattening or negating or also raising or lowering the ST segment .

Some authors differentiate between primary and secondary disorders of arousal regression. Primary ERBS is caused by an insufficient supply of oxygen to the heart ( ischemia ), but electrolyte imbalances and a number of other factors can also be the cause. The changes in the end segments (T wave, ST segment) in the event of disturbances in the propagation of excitation are referred to as secondary .
