Esad Plavi
Esad Plavi (actually Esad Muharemović * 22. February 1965 in Tešanj , SFR Yugoslavia ) is a Bosnian turbo-folk singer. His musical career began in 1990 when he released the song Srce Ranjeno . However, Esad Plavi became known through his songs Babo from 2005 and Seherzada from 2009. He is currently one of the most famous Bosnian singers. His brother Jasmin Muharemović is also a successful singer.
Life
Esad was born in the Bosnian city of Tešanj. The death of his father, to whom he dedicated the song Babo , influenced him very much.
Career
He was discovered at his brother's wedding party when he was well received by the guests because of his singing talent. In 1990 he recorded his debut album Ne kuni sto si voljela . This became a commercial success. He then recorded 9 more albums, all of which were successful.
